What to expect?
Working group meetings and Get-to-know Sessions
The EUROVENTSUMMIT sees a majority of working group sessions of the Eurovent association, Eurovent Certita Certification (ECC), Eurovent Market Intelligence (EMI), and REHVA taking place throughout all event days, including meetings of
- Eurovent Product Groups and Special Projects,
- ECC Compliance Committees (‘Eurovent Certified Performance’),
- EMI Committees,
- Eurovent Board and Commission.
Having these meetings within one event allows for unique networking opportunities and technical exchanges across product categories.
For the first time, working groups include Get-to-know Sessions at the beginning of each meeting, open to all EUROVENTSUMMIT participants. By attending Get-to-know Sessions, you gain insight into
- The respective working group’s scope and activities,
- The ‘Eurovent Certified Performance’ programme (during ECC Compliance Committees only),
- Statistical developments provided by EMI related to the respective product category,
- Who is running and chairing the groups,
- And much more.
How do you know which meeting to attend? Go to the SUMMIT schedule and check it out: closed meetings are indicated by a lock sign, meaning only members of the respective group can participate. All other meetings are open to all EUROVENTSUMMIT participants and include a Get-to-know Session.
Inspiring and forward-thinking side events
Each day of the EUROVENTSUMMIT in Krakow hosts side events that go beyond the norm by not only offering unique networking opportunities, but providing an added-value through
- Inspirational TED-style talks of leading personalities from in and outside the industry,
- Activities that present our industry’s innovations from a different perspective,
- Connecting representatives of 30+ countries in extraordinary locations,
- Bringing participants closer to the Polish market, its key players, and vice-versa.
Highlights include our evening flagship events at the Wieliczka Salt Mine and Stara Zajezdnia, the REHVA/Eurovent Climate Chamber, the Polish Indoor Climate 2030 Symposium, the President’s Breakfast, and many more.
During all evening events, the dress code is business casual. We want you to feel comfortable and not sandwiched in a tailcoat.
Throughout the EUROVENTSUMMIT, high quality activities are being organised for spouses allowing them to discover Krakow’s sights and surroundings. Your spouses are invited to attend all of the evening flagship events, lunches, dinners, and the President’s breakfast.
Note: There is no distinction between event passes for meeting guests and spouses. The same ticket applies for both.
