Mind the Product London 2016 is a conference that brings together product leaders from around the world to explore the intersection of design, technology and business in order to inspire you to build products your customers love.

Marty Cagan almost doesn't need an introduction. He is the Founder of the Silicon Valley Product Group, where he works with and advises many of the leading technology teams in the world. Before founding SVPG to pursue his interests in helping others create successful products through his writing, speaking, investing and advising, Marty was most recently the original SVP of Product and Design for eBay. He began his career working for 10 years as a software developer at HP Labs, and then moved on to join a young Netscape Communications as their VP Platform and Tools. Marty is the author of Inspired: How to Create Products Customers Love, and publishes a popular blog for product teams.
Elizabeth Churchill is a Director of User Experience at Google, the Executive Vice President of the Association of Computing Machinery’s Special Interest Group on Human Computer Interaction (ACM SigCHI) and an ACM Distinguished Scientist. She is an applied social scientist, interactive technology designer and social communications researcher with a background in psychology (neuro, experimental, cognitive and social), Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Science. For the past 18 years she has drawn on social, computer, engineering and data sciences to create innovative end-user applications and services at Google, eBay, Yahoo, PARC and FujiXerox.
David Cancel is a 5X co-founder and a 2X CEO with four successful exits to date. He’s the Co-Founder and CEO of Drift, where he’s helping everyone know, grow, and amaze their customers. David is passionate about building amazing products and previously founded Compete, Lookery, Ghostery, and Performable. Most recently, after the Acquisition of Performable by HubSpot, David was the Chief Product Officer responsible for re-architecting the engineering team and HubSpot’s products. He’s also active in the Boston tech community investing in and advising organizations like Charles River Ventures, Spark Capital, NextView Ventures, DormRoom Fund, EverTrue, Visible Measures, Yottaa, and HelpScout.

Can I change the name or other details on my tickets?
Yes, you are free to change your ticket details up to two weeks before the conference, including name, title, etc. Please do make sure these details are correct as they will be what we show on your badge! Just log in to eventbrite and make the changes, following these instructions.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a full refund up to one month before the conference. Simply log in to eventbrite and request the refund following these instructions.
Can I pay by invoice?
As we are a small team we only offer payment by invoice if you are buying 5 tickets or more due to the additional overhead. Please also note no tickets are held/issued until payment of the invoice has been received. Request to pay by invoice by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
